The University of California at Berkeley School of Public Health is conducting a research project about the flu in our community. The project is called the Bay Area Flu Study.
The purpose of this project is to learn more about how the flu spreads among school children, their families and their communities.
We have invited parents/guardians with students in specific Bay Area elementary schools (grades K-6) to answer a few quick questions.
Each school earns money for every family that fills out a survey. Parents/guardians can earn money too and they can invite friends and family to participate!
We have stopped enrollment in the study. Thank you to those who signed up!
